Poor customer service with the company. I have contacted them multiple times about places that show on Zillow as being listed through them, and yes I realize Zillow is not the most up to date or accurate source they could at least have the decency to reply and say that the house is no longer available. This has happened numerous times with varying agents, years ago I looked at a house with them, the man that showed the house was very rude and snotty. I will now click the red X in the corner if there's any indication that the house of interest is listed with Homestead Realty.
